For reasons still not clear to us, the companies who assumed responsibility for processing our credit card transactions failed to actually charge some of our customers for purchases made at VCC. These failures, which affected only a small number of customers, date back to April 2011. Importantly, these failures have now been remedied.  The credit card processing companies are now attempting to charge those customers who made purchases but were not initially charged. We regret any inconvenience this has caused our customers. We encourage you to contact Elavon Information Systems and Banc Card of Texas with any questions you may have about charges to your account. Food and drinks are available and can be taken into the auditorium with you. Arriving NO LESS THAN 30 minutes early is advisable as it allows time to relax in the lounge while your order is prepared. Please be aware that there is no in-theater wait staff. Each chair has a fold out table on which to place your food and drinks.
